Over 20 years helping people change. Here's why I do what I do.
I'm an ex-people pleaser. An ex-overthinker. Someone who spent years saying yes when I meant no, avoiding conflict, and wondering why I felt exhausted.
So when I tell you I understand, I'm not being polite. I've lived it. And I've done the work to change it.
I started my career as a mental health nurse. But it was training in NLP, hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy that showed me how to actually help people change – not in years, but in weeks.
For over two decades, I've worked with individuals, corporate clients, and veterans' charities. I've helped busy executives who couldn't switch off, business owners drowning in responsibility, and ordinary people who simply knew something had to change.
I won't waste your time. I won't nod along and tell you what you want to hear. I'll be honest with you – sometimes uncomfortably so – because that's what creates change.
I also believe in making myself redundant. My goal is to give you the tools to solve your own problems, not to create dependency.
Not incremental improvement. Not coping strategies. Actual, fundamental change in how you think, feel and behave.
I've got no patience for fluff, jargon, or approaches that sound good but don't actually work.
The best outcome is when you don't need me anymore. When you've got the tools to handle whatever comes next.
Let's have a conversation about what you're dealing with.
